We have heard learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the instant application for grant of parole.

1. The present appeal arises out of the judgment and final order dated 02.07.2008 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at Indore in first appeal bearing F.A. No. 64/90.

Indian Young Lawyers Association filed Writ Petition (Civil) No. 373 of 2006 challenging the validity of Rule 3(b) of the Kerala Hindu Places of Public Worship (Authorisation of Entry) Rules, 1965 (for short, “the 1965 Rules”).
