Order
1. Contemnors 1 and 3 are present in Court and also represented through their counsel. Connection has not been established with respondent No. 2 or his counsel.
2. We have been informed that some applications for recall and adjournment have been filed. The Registry is directed to place those applications before the Bench at the residential offices by evening today so that we can go through those applications.
3. We make it clear to the counsel and the contemnors that on the next date of hearing the matter will be heard on both on the applications for recall and sentence. Keeping in view the fact that the matter has to be argued through Video Conferencing, we will give only limited period to the parties for hearing. We make it clear that no adjournment shall be granted on the next date under any circumstance whatsoever.
4. In case contemnor No. 3 asks for permission to travel from one place to another, the competent Authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
5. The Registry is directed to ensure that on the next date communication is established with Respondent No. 2 and his counsel, Mr. Ghanshyam Upadhyay. It shall be the responsibility of the contemnors and their counsel that they are at a place where internet connection can be established properly with the Supreme Court.
