1. In this Statutory appeal, exception is taken to the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Contempt Petition No. 507 of 2018.

We have heard learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the instant application for grant of parole.

1. The present appeal arises out of the judgment and final order dated 02.07.2008 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at Indore in first appeal bearing F.A. No. 64/90.

Indian Young Lawyers Association filed Writ Petition (Civil) No. 373 of 2006 challenging the validity of Rule 3(b) of the Kerala Hindu Places of Public Worship (Authorisation of Entry) Rules, 1965 (for short, “the 1965 Rules”).

This is an application filed by Contemnor No. 3-Nilesh Ojha for recusal of one of (Deepak Gupta, J.).
