1. A status report dated 31.10.2018 has been filed by learned Special Public Prosecutor pursuant to our order dated 30.10.20181.
2. It is stated and clarified that Shri A.K. Sharma will continue to be the senior-most officer as a part of the investigating team in terms of the directions given by the Director of CBI on 31.08.2018.
3. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Bihar says that the former Cabinet Minister, Ms. Manju Verma was denied anticipatory by the Patna High Court on 9th October, 20182 and has gone into hiding and is not traceable. He further says that the police is making every effort to arrest her.
4. List the matter on 12th November, 2018.
