1. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks, on the condition that the petitioners deposit Rs. 25000/- in this Court towards costs of litigation for the respondent. Upon deposit of the said amount of Rs. 25000/-, notice shall be issued to the respondent indicating that the matter shall be disposed of on the returnable date.
2. Until further orders, contempt proceedings shall stand stayed.
