Order
1. Delay condoned.
2. At the outset, it is required to be noted that against the very impugned judgment and order(s) passed in the year 2015, Special Leave Petition(s) was preferred, which came to be withdrawn and thereafter, the petitioner filed the review petition, which has been dismissed. At the relevant time, when the SLP was withdrawn, no liberty was sought and/or reserved by this Court to again come to this Court and challenge the original judgment and order(s), which is now under challenge.
3. In that view of the matter and even otherwise on merits also, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order(s) passed by the High Court. The question of jurisdiction has been raised now for the time and that too in the review petition. Even the same has also been dealt with by the High Court while considering the review petition. We are in complete agreement with the view taken by the High Court. The Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.
4. Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
