1. It has been submitted at the Bar that during the pendency of this petition, final order has been passed whereby the petitioner has been removed from his office and disqualified from contesting further election.
2. Without going into the merits of the case and without perusing the order, which has been passed on 10.03.2015, we direct that status quo shall be maintained till 30.03.2015 so as to enable the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for challenging the validity of the said order. It would be open to the petitioner to make all legal submissions for challenging the said order dated 10.03.2015.
3. With the above observations and directions, this Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
