1. Parties have amicably settled the dispute. A joint application for compromise with an affidavit and Settlement Agreement have also been filed. Respondent No. 1 is present in-person.
2. A demand draft No. 694489 dated 07.07.2018 for a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) has been handed over by learned counsel for the petitioner to Respondent No. 1 in the Court.
3. The joint application for compromise is allowed. The decree by consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act be drawn up.
4. In view of the above, the special leave petition, cases mentioned in the agreement and all pending applications stand disposed of.
