Order

1. Four weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to deposit Rs. 40,000/- each, the amount of fine, in both the appeals to show his bona fides.

2. No notice shall be issued in the matters at this stage until the amount of fine is deposited with the Registry of this Court. In default of payment of the amount of fine, the special leave petitions stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for compliance of the order passed by the High Court.
