Order
1. After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. Vijay Hansaria, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-Commission, seeks permission to withdraw the special leave petition and move the High Court to seek clarification that while complying with the impugned order1 of the High Court whether fourth respondent can also be accommodated along with the first respondent by the Public Service Commission.
2. Having regard to the submissions made at the Bar, the special leave petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
3. Mr. Parshanto Chandra Sen, learned senior counsel appearing for the first respondent, undertakes that the said respondent will seek adjournment of three weeks in the pending contempt petition and the same is recorded.
