1. Leave granted.

2. Notice was issued limited to the quantum of sentence. We find that appellant No. 1 is 89 years old. On this ground alone, his sentence is reduced to one year rigorous imprisonment. He shall be released after completing of one year sentence. Insofar as appellant no. 2 is concerned, no such concession lies in his favour.

3. Accordingly, the appeal of appellant no. 1 is disposed of and appeal of appellant no. 2 is dismissed.
