1. By our order dated 12.02.2018, we had directed the Principal Secretary (Tribal Development) to conduct an independent inquiry and submit a detailed report on the same.
2. Pursuant to the above-said order, a detailed report dated 04.06.2018 has since been filed. Since the petitioner has been allowed to conduct the institution for a period of one year, protem, subject to inspection that will be done in future, we dispose of these special leave petitions in terms of the report dated 04.06.2018. However, it is made clear that it will be open for persons such as the intervenors before us to raise objections against running of the said institution in accordance with law.
3. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
