3. Mr. Dushyant Dave, Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Abhijat P. Medh, learned counsel have entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent.
4. No further notice need be issued.
5. As the issue raised in these special leave petitions is a pure question of law, let these petitions be set out for final disposal on 18th January, 2017.
6. The petitioner-Union of India shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5 crores(Rupees five crores) within two weeks from today in the Registry of this Court. The said amount shall be kept in a short term fixed deposit.
7. On such deposit being made, the execution levied by the respondent shall remain stayed.
