1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Besides inordinate delay, we find no merit in the appeals.
3. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed on the ground of delay as also on merits.
4. However, it is made clear that the order of the Armed Forces Tribunal shall be limited to the facts of the present case, since according to the appellants, full facts were not brought to the notice of the Tribunal.
5. It is made clear that it will be open to the appellants to bring the full facts to the notice of the Tribunal in appropriate cases.
