2. Issue notice to the respondent to show cause as to why leave to appeal under Section 31(1) of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 may not be granted.
3. Mr. H.P. Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent. He seeks an adjournment, so as to enable him to file counter affidavit within two weeks.
4. Prayer is allowed.
5. Counter affidavit be filed within two weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed within next two weeks.
6. List after four weeks.
7. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
