3. There shall be stay of the impugned order pending further orders from this Court.
4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties at some length, we asked learned counsel for the parties whether the parties can agree to having all the disputes between the parties referred for arbitration to an agreed Arbitrator. While Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned ASG makes a candid statement that his client would have no objection to the dispute being referred to the Former Supreme Court Judge. M/s. P.P. Tripathi and Gopal Jain, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents seek a short adjournment to take instructions. We hope and trust that the respondents would also respond favourably to the proposal for the disputes being referred to the Arbitrator.
