1. Delay condoned.
2. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and order dated 09.09.2009 passed by the High Court Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 7192/2009, by which the High Court has allowed the said Writ Petition preferred by the respondent consequently setting aside the Commissioner of Customs (General) cancelling the Customs House Agent (CHA) licence, the Revenue has preferred the present Special Leave Petition(s).
3. Having gone through the impugned judgment and order(s) passed by the High Court and the reasoning given, we see no reason interfere with the same in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
4. The Special Leave Petition(s) stand(s) dismissed.
