Order
1. The only argument advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents do not fall in the Doubtful-III (D-III) Category as five years have not been completed from the date of declaration of NPA.
2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents points out that the respondents were declared as NPA on 4th February, 2015, which date is not disputed by the petitioner-Bank and therefore on the date of the circular which is 28th March, 2019 the 5th year of NPA had already commenced from 4th February, 2019.
3. In that view of the matter, we do not find any substance in the argument advanced.
4. The special leave petition lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
5. Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
