1. Since service of notice on almost all the respondents is effected, list these matters on a non-miscellaneous day in the month of July, 2015
2. Taking note of the grievance expressed by Mr. Dhruv Mehta, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 6 in SLP(C) No. 5641-5647/2014, we clarify that our order dated 15.4.2014, by which we granted stay of operation and implementation of the impugned judgment cannot be taken to mean that any further development can be effected in the property.
3. The interim order shall continue to operate until further orders.
4. Status quo shall be maintained pending further orders.
5. Union of India is permitted to file application, if any.
