1. Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court of Calcutta.

3. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.

4. However, learned Senior counsel appearing for the State makes a request that for compliance of the order, time may be granted at least for a period of four months.

5. As prayed, four months’ time is granted to comply the order.
