Order

1. As per our direction vide Order dated 10.04.2015 to the petitioner (mother) to make available the daughter for our interaction, she was made available for our interaction today. We have interacted with her in the presence of the Court Master.

2. Heard learned senior counsel for the parties and perused the Order dated 24.02.2015.

3. We permitted the respondent (father) to have the visitation right to take the daughter, who is in custody of the petitioner (mother), once in every fortnight from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and, thereafter, handover the custody of the child to the petitioner. During the summer vacation to the child, the respondent will have visitation right on every Saturday of the week from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and handover the custody of the child to the petitioner. This arrangement shall continue till the next date of hearing.

4. List the main matter in the third week of July, 2015 for final disposal.

5. This order shall be given effect from 9th May, 2015 as it is stated by learned senior counsel on behalf of the petitioner that the mother along with the child are going on vacation to Ooty.
