1. Permission to file special leave petitions is granted.
2. Application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.
3. Permission to file additional documents is granted.
4. Issue notice, returnable on 2nd July, 2019.
5. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
6. Counsel appearing for Medical Council of India waives notice.
7. Liberty to the petitioner(s) to implead the students already admitted to the post-graduate course for the academic session 2019-2020.
8. There shall be ad-interim stay of the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
9. It is, however, made clear that the admission process already done on the basis of the stated provisions governing domicile reservation will be subject to the outcome of these petitions.
