Order

1. Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 4. He is permitted to file memo of appearance and vakalatnama on behalf of legal representatives of respondents Nos. 1 and 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would remove all objections and refile application of substitution and bringing on record Legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 4 within 10 days.

3. Formal orders on said application would be made on the next date of hearing, on which date the Court will also examine the question whether matter is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Gurpreet Singh v. Union of India1. List the matter in the week commencing 14.12.2020.

4. Orders with regard to the office noting will be passed on the next date of hearing.
