1. We have heard the learned counsels for parties.

2. By order dated 13.04.2017 passed in Special Leave Petition (Crl) Nos. 2901-2902 of 2017, the impugned order which is one of cancellation of anticipatory bail insofar as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, has been stayed by this Court. The special leave petition insofar as petitioner No. 1 is concerned has been dismissed.

3. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the present proceedings ought to be closed by making the interim order dated 13.04.2017 absolute. In other words, it is directed that in the event of arrest of Tabassumbee Ismail Shaikh, she shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer in connection with FIR bearing Crime No. 09/2012 and Crime No. 361/2016 registered with Police Station Shivajinagar, District Latur, Maharashtra.

4. Special leave petition Nos. 2901-2902 of 2017 is disposed of in the above terms.

5. Special leave petition (Crl.) No. 3184 of 2017 filed by the petitioners against the rejection of application seeking quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 361/2016 before the High Court is dismissed. We make it clear that all contentions of the parties shall remain open.
