1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material.
2. Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we leave it open to the petitioner to move the learned trial Court and seek regular bail. We make it clear that the learned trial Court, as and when moved, will consider the said prayer in accordance with law and as expeditiously as the business of the learned trial Court would permit.
4. With the aforesaid observations the present special leave petition is disposed of.
