1. We grant two weeks’ time, as a last chance, to the parties to effect a settlement, if possible, failing which, the matter will be decided on merits.
2. In the course of the negotiation to be held for effecting a settlement it will be open for the respondents to point out to the petitioner the difficulties faced by the respondents in locating the 2280 citations as mentioned in the note submitted to the Court.
3. List the matter after two weeks.
