1. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order which is arises out of an interlocutory proceedings.
2. It is not in dispute that the main matter is still pending before the labour court for its final adjudication.
3. In these circumstances, we direct the labour court which is seized of the main matter to ensure its expeditious disposal within six months from today on merits strictly in accordance with law uninfluenced by any findings recorded by the two courts below while deciding the interlocutory order, which are sought to be impugned in this special leave petition.
4. With these observations, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
