1. The respondent has been served twice but she has not filed appearance so far though she is a judicial officer. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, there is an irretrievable break down of marriage between the parties in as much as they are living separately for the last 16 years.
2. Fresh notice may be issued to the respondent informing her that the petition will be finally disposed of on a non-miscellaneous day ie. on 15th September, 2015.
