1. Mr. H.P. Raval, learned senior counsel appearing for defendant No. 2-State of U.P. submits that I.A. No. 3, having regard to the facts as stated in the affidavit for setting aside the ex-parte order, may be allowed even on imposition of reasonable costs.
2. Mr. A. Sharan, learned senior counsel appearing for the plaintiff-State of Uttarakhand submits that the State of Uttarakhand may be given liberty to file memo of costs incurred by the State of U.P. till the applicant-State has been set ex-parte.
