1. Today, when the case was taken up, Mr. H.D. Thanvi, learned counsel who appeared for the respondents submits that whereabouts of the respondents are not known. We are shocked to hear the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, who now says that as per the telephonic conversation, he appeared in the case.
2. Issue non bailable warrants of arrest against the respondents, who shall appear in court within three weeks from today.
