1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of I.A. No. 56934/2019 by permitting the applicants to sell the total stock of iron-ore totalling 8,67,663.275 MT at Jalahuri Mines, Village Jalahuri, Banspani in Kenjhar District, Odisha, under supervision of the State Authorities. The State may designate appropriate authorities to supervise the conduct of the aforesaid sale. The proceeds of the sale shall be kept in deposit with the State to abide by such other order as may be passed. The sale proceeds be completed within eight weeks.

2. I.A. No. 56934/2019 is disposed of accordingly.

3. Order dated 4-7-2019¹ so far as no coercive steps are concerned, shall continue until further orders.
