3. Respondent has entered appearance on caveat.
4. Counter affidavit be filed by the respondent-company within two weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
5. Post for final disposal on a non-miscellaneous day after four weeks.
6. In the meantime, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed. We further direct while the petitioners-State shall be free to invite fresh tenders and process the same but no allotment, based on such process, shall be made without permission of this Court. We make it clear that the respondent-company shall also be free to participate in the fresh tender process, if so advised, without prejudice to its right.
