2. In the meantime, petitioner No. 4-Secretary, Department of Law, Government of Jammu & Kashmir shall secure the relevant information as to the date of joining of all the daily wage employees working in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and file the said information along with the additional affidavit in this Court.
3. At the same time, we also request the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir to adjourn the contempt proceedings pending before it by three months.
