1. The plaintiff’s witness No. 1-Ms. L.S. Changsan has been examined for six long days before the Registrar. Learned counsel for the defendant-State of Nagaland proposes to conclude the cross-examination of the said witness within next two days of hearing. He is permitted to do so. The Registrar shall make sure that no more than two days is devoted to any further cross-examination of the said witness. Presence of the next witness shall be directed by the Registrar only after the cross-examination of PW-1 is concluded.
