1. Shri Sanjiv Sen, learned senior counsel appears for the SREI Equipment Finance Ltd. It is not a party in these proceedings. We allow its intervention in these proceedings for the reason that it is a secured creditor which has filed an independent section 7 application which has been admitted against the same corporate debtor. Shri Sen may file an affidavit apprising this Court of all the facts which relate to the section 7 application. Affidavit to be filed within three weeks.


 


2. Response to the affidavit to be filed by Shri Sen’s client may be filed by all concerned within two weeks thereafter.
