2. In view of the submission made by Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India, that Respondent No. 3 is reportedly out of country, the petitioners are permitted to serve notice to Respondent No. 3 through Respondent No. 2 Company.
3. The petitioners are also permitted to serve notice to Respondent No. 3 through the learned counsel appearing for him before the High Court and the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
4. The petitioners are also permitted to serve notice to Respondent No. 3 through the Indian High Commission at London, U.K. or any other Embassy.
5. The petitioners are also permitted to serve notice to Respondent No. 3 through his official E-Mail I.D. as a Member of the Rajya Sabha.
