1. Impleadment allowed.
2. As a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) was paid out of the total consideration of Rs. 4 lakhs after more than 10 years, we deem it just and proper to direct that a further payment of Rs. 1 lakh be made towards the sale consideration, so that interest of justice would be subserved. Let the amount of be paid within three months from today, failing which the same shall carry interest @8% from the date of this order.
3. In view of the above, no interference on merits is called for. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications stand disposed of.
