1. Both learned counsel appearing for the parties agree that status quo as it exists today in relation to the suit properties shall be maintained by them. We record this statement and order accordingly.
2. We request the High Court to decide the second appeal out of which this special leave petition arises on merits in accordance with law and also decide the contempt application arising out of the interim orders passed in the second appeal. We, however, observe that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the main controversy, which is subject matter of second appeal.
3. It is stated that the second appeal is already fixed for final hearing in the month of August, 2018. If that be so then the High Court shall ensure its disposal on the date already fixed.
4. With these observations, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
