Order
1. Pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2020, the father, mother and the child remained present in the Chambers today. We had the benefit of interaction with each one of them.
2. Since the father has come from Kenya to remain present for interaction, he is free to go back to Kenya, if his business interest demands his presence there.
3. We adjourn the matter to 09.04.2020, to be posted as Part-Heard at 2.00 p.m. The matter will be heard and disposed of finally on the next date of hearing.
4. In the meantime, the parties are at liberty to file additional documents/affidavits.
