1. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, the concerned District & Sessions Judge shall make an enquiry into the matter under Section 7-A of the Juvenile and Justice Act, 2000 and Rule 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2007 with regard to claim of juvenility of the petitioner and shall file a report before this Court within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
3. The matter to appear on board after three weeks.
4. As prayed, liberty is granted to the State counsel to file counter affidavit in the matter.
