After hearing the matter for some time, we direct the petitioner to file an affidavit of her income which would be in the format as prescribed in the judgment of the High Court of Delhi in the case of ‘Kusum Sharma v. Mahinder Kumar Sharma’ decided on 14.01.2015 (FAO No. 309/1996).

1. After hearing the matter for some time, we direct the petitioner to file an affidavit of her income which would be in the format as prescribed in the judgment of the High Court of Delhi in the case of ‘Kusum Sharma v. Mahinder Kumar Sharma’ decided on 14.01.2015 (FAO No. 309/1996). She requests for one week’s time to do the needful.

2. The respondent may also file additional documents along with affidavit.

3. We make it clear that pendency of these proceedings is no ground to postpone the hearing in the matrimonial case which is pending between the parties.

4. List the matter on 16th February, 2018.
