1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we are only inclined to grant liberty to the petitioners to move before the appropriate Court under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. If such an application is filed before the appropriate Court, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
2. With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
3. As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
