1. Permission to file the special leave petition is granted.

2. Issue notice.

3. Ms. Madhvi Divan, Advocate appears on caveat and accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1. She seeks a week’s time, so as to enable her to place material on the record of this case.

4. Prayer is allowed. Needful be done within one week from today.

5. Let service on the remaining respondents be effected through the learned counsel who represented them before the High Court. So far as official respondents are concerned, service on them be effected through the standing counsel for the State of Kerala, nominated for this Court. All respondents must be notified by 05.08.2017.

6. On our asking, Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 6 – the National Investigation Agency.

7. Post for hearing on 16.08.2017.

8. Learned counsel representing respondent no. 1 undertakes, that in case this Court desires, the child in question shall be produced in this Court within 24 hours.
