2. List the matter on Tuesday, the 20th August, 2019 before an appropriate Bench.
3. Till such time, the impugned order of the High Court is stayed.
4. Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned Senior counsel, who is assisted by Ms. Devina Sehgal, learned Advocate-on-Record, who is on caveat, appearing for the respondents, states that he wants to place certain documents by Monday, the 19th August, 2019.
