3. The present is a case of an operational debt in which the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi has admitted the petition of the operational creditor by the impugned order dated 15.11.2017. Since then, the parties have settled the matter in e-mails exchanged between them on 20.12.2017.
4. A copy of the e-mails exchanged between the parties is made part of the record of this Court and by using our powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India set aside the impugned order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
6. Pending applications filed in the matter also stand disposed of.
