2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we consider it appropriate to pass the following order without going into the details of the controversy:

Suffice it to say, the main problem arose because according to the appellant, the College has granted admission to number of students without complying with all the requirements of the increase in capacity. There is some contest about what is the exact non-compliance, but we do not propose to go into it. However, Shri Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant fairly states that if the respondent-college permits a fair inspection in accordance with law and if the college is found complying with the requirements, there would be no difficulty in granting the same in accordance with law.

Shri Jayant Bhushan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent(s) states that the appellant may cause an inspection within the next two weeks and the respondent(s) shall fully cooperate with the same. we make it clear that the appellant shall permit the results of the earlier batches (2015-2016 and 2016-2017) if the result of the inspection is in order and permit the students who have not been permitted to take examination because of this inspection dispute, to take such examination in accordance with law. The impugned order is, therefore, set aside.
5. Accordingly, the appeals are disposed of.
