1. We find no reason to entertain this special leave petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. However, considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, that the petitioner be granted some reasonable time to vacate and handover peaceful and vacant possession of the premises in question, we deem it appropriate to grant time till 15.08.2018 to vacate and handover peaceful and vacant possession of the property in dispute, subject to filing of a usual undertaking to this effect in this Court within a period of one week from today.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
