2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we direct the learned counsel appearing for the State of U.P. to consider the case of the petitioner (Satish @ Sabbe) in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 7369 of 2019, which is stated to be pending before the State, as also the case of the petitioner (Vikky Alias Vikendra Alias Virendra) in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 8326 of 2019, which was earlier rejected by the said State, for their premature release as per the Jail Manual, within a period of four weeks from today and place the orders before this Court.
4. List the matters after four weeks.
