1. Heard the learned counsel.

2. Leave granted.

3. It is not in dispute that the land in question is like the land, which was covered under the judgment delivered on 13th February, 2014, by this Court in Civil Appeal No. 2091 of 2014 in the case of Impulse India P. Ltd. v. Union of India, and they are in the same village.

4. In the circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms of paragraph 14 of the afore-stated judgment in Civil Appeal No. 2091 of 2014, which is extracted below:

“14. In the result, we allow the appeals filed by the claimants. We enhance the compensation awarded by the High Court for Block ‘A’ lands from Rs. 16.50 lacs to Rs. 21/- lacs per acre and from Rs. 14.60 lacs to Rs. 19/- lacs per acre for Block ‘B’ lands respectively. This compensation so awarded by us is common to all the lands in Bharthal, Bijwasan, Pochanpur and Dhul Saras villages. Needless to say that the appellants are entitled for all the statutory benefits provided under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.”

5. The amount of compensation stands enhanced. Accordingly, the civil appeal stands disposed of as allowed. Pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.

6. Needless to say that if there is any delay in filing or refiling the appeal, the interest with regard to the said period shall not be given to the appellants.
