4. Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No. 4741 of 2018 filed by the co-accused (Harchand) has been dismissed by the order of this Court dated 17th May, 2018. The evidence against the petitioners is similar. Consequently, the present Special Leave Petition is also dismissed.
